About this biologic
A cryopreserved allograft derived from the Wharton’s jelly of donated human umbilical cord tissue, supplied as a single 2 mL vial containing approximately 4 million cells and 520 mg of tissue. Wharton’s jelly is the gelatinous connective tissue surrounding the umbilical vessels, so the product carries both a cellular fraction and the surrounding extracellular matrix — collagen, hyaluronic acid and structural proteins — rather than cells alone. Presented for local, site-directed administration into joints, tendons, ligaments and soft tissue; it is not formulated for intravenous use. Supplied frozen. Store as specified on the certificate of analysis and thaw immediately before use.
