Four classes of living material.

Every Biacells product belongs to one of four biologic classes, each with a distinct role in the body's repair program.

Class I — Structure

Wharton's jelly

The gelatinous matrix of the umbilical cord is nature's scaffolding: collagen types I and III, hyaluronic acid, sulfated proteoglycans, and native growth factors in their original architecture. Cryopreservation keeps that architecture intact, so what reaches the clinic is the tissue itself — not an extract.

Class II — Signal

Exosomes

Extracellular vesicles 30–150 nanometers across, carrying the proteins, lipids, and microRNA that cells use to coordinate repair. A single dose contains billions of vesicles — a broadcast of regenerative instructions rather than a single molecular message.

Class III — Factors

RPA cell factors

Concentrated signaling proteins — the cytokine and growth-factor payload harvested from perinatal sources, quantified per lot. Available in half and full dose so protocols can be titrated to the indication.

Class IV — Cells

Cord blood & MUSE cells

Viable cellular allografts: cord-blood preparations quantified to 50 or 100 million cells by flow cytometry, and MUSE (multilineage-differentiating stress-enduring) cells — a pluripotent-like population studied for its homing behavior toward damaged tissue.
